Weco Travel shall deliver you reports covering data on services purchased by you in all locations of Weco Travel. The reports include information necessary for effective management of the travel budget and serve as the base for selection of particular suppliers of services as well as negotiating of special contracts. For each client we also generate savings reports including the list of savings obtained in case of purchase of air tickets and booking of the hotels. Reports are generated monthly or quarterly – depending on your needs. While the co-operation initiation process, and during creation of Travel Policy, it is possible to personalize reports and adjust them exactly to the needs of particular contractor. Upon your request, the reports may be enriched by additional data such as, e.g. number of Profit Centre, department, employee’s ID, functional category and different information indispensable from your point of view. The E reports are delivered to you or as presentation given by representative of Weco Travel dedicated . Soon, we shall initiate the option of down loading reports from our web site.
